FAILURE.
A 7-letter word, a 7-letter brand,
Simple in concept, yet so heavy in the hand.

Growing up you’re taught to fear it,
You’re told to push it, to run away.
Yet, I say take it,
Invite it to stay.

Failure is not a character,
It doesn’t judge, it doesn’t care.
It’s honest in nature,
And feeds off those it scares.

Failure is a reaper,
It lingers, it creeps.
It reaps what you sow,
It doesn’t care if you weep.
.
So, fight failure straight on,
Don’t run, don’t hide.
Take what is yours,
Don’t let your passion subside.
.
Learn from failure,
Make it your guide.
Don’t take it for granted,
Bring it to your side.
.
It won’t be easy,
It’ll be hard to succeed,
So, don’t fool yourself,
Thinking you cannot bleed.

Failure is a stepping stone,
A tool to your needs.
Use it to your advantage,
Don’t be a ‘victim’ that pleads.
.
So, take what is yours,
Don’t crumble, don’t stall.
Failure is but an unknown ally,
Don’t allow it to be your downfall.
